Dave has twenty five years of experience in the real estate industry here in the Bay Area. He focuses his efforts on local residential and commercial properties:
- Remodeling properties to sell
- Purchasing properties for buyers
- Lots and land purchases and sales
- New construction purchases and sales
Philosophy
Dave’s philosophy is to provide the highest quality of service, knowledge and experience to help people sell property at the right price, purchase property that is right for them and their family or business, and develop properties to achieve their highest and best use.
Personal Background
Dave was born and raised in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, graduated from the University of Wisconsin, and moved with his wife, Cindy, to the Los Altos area in 1984 where they have lived ever since. They have two teenage children active in school, sports, music, and scouting. Dave was the Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 37 of Los Altos and is now the Committee Chair. He is an active member of the Los Altos Community Foundation, an Honorary Rotarian with the Los Altos Rotary Club, a volunteer at the Day Workers Center, a board member for fifteen years of the Festival of Lights Parade, a member of the design committee of the Los Altos History House, a past board member for five years with the Los Altos Sister Cities Committee, a facilities director for the construction of the new Parish Hall at St. Nicholas Church, a designer and builder for buildings at the Boulder Creek Scout Camp, and a Board of Director for the Los Altos Country Club. He is the head chef for the annual Cioppino Feed where he cooks for 150 hungry Rotarians, and head cook on a week-long Boy Scout Troop 37 outing in the Sierras where he cooks for 150 hungry scouts and their parents.
