The condominium market in Los Altos has been fairly small over the years and until recently has seen very little addition to this market. The total condominium market consists of perhaps 500 total units with an average of 3 units selling monthly with about 12 units on the market at most times. The average sales price ranges from $600,000 for a 30 year old smaller unit to the $1,000,000 range for the more upscale larger units.
